There are 3 easy steps to ordering!

Step 1: Prepare Your Video Tape

Important! Because any copies of your video tape are not as good quality as the original master tape, be sure to only use and send the original master tape of your video.

Label your tape(s) by clearly writing a unique Tape ID number on each of the cassette shells.
IMPORTANT! Rewind the tape, reset the VCR or camera's counter to 00:00:00.
Write down the exact time (in hours:minutes:seconds) of the beginning of the video - this is usually 00:00:00, but sometimes a video may start later on a tape.
If you plan on customizing your DVD, write down the exact start time (in hours:minutes:seconds) of any special scenes you would like as a chapter point (bookmark) on your DVD. Also write down a caption for that scene for the scene index menu.
If you plan to use a clip from your video as a photo, write down the exact time (in hours:minutes:seconds) of the frame you want to use.
Write down the exact end time (in hours:minutes:seconds) of the video. (Most often it is not the end of the tape).
Fully rewind tape before sending.

Step 3: Send It To Us!

Tip: Place your tape(s) in a ziploc plastic bag, and then inside the box or mailer. Padded manilla mailers with bubble-wrap inside are a safe way to send your tape. The post office seems to handle these carefully.

It is up to you whether you want to insure your package, but we recommend it especially if it is a wedding video.
